Article 1. The service we provide

The Site is an editorial directory that indexes and introduces conferences in the tech and startup sectors held in Japan, based on independent research by our editorial team and from a third-party perspective. The Site does not provide account registration, payment processing, or ticket sales.

Article 2. Accuracy of listings

1. We make reasonable efforts to verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of listings, but we make no warranty as to such information.
2. For the latest and authoritative details of any event, please always consult the official site of the relevant event organizer.
3. We are not liable for any damages caused to users or third parties as a result of reliance on listed information, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 3. Intellectual property

1. Content created by us and published on the Site (including text, editorial articles, layout, design, and our logos) is owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

Article 4. Prohibited conduct
