Overview
Japan's largest IT and electronics exhibition. Organized by JEITA, held annually in October at Makuhari Messe. The 2026 theme is 'Transformation.' Over 800 exhibitors and approximately 100,000 visitors. Free admission with registration.
Program
- Exhibits span four areas: General Exhibits, X (Transformation) Park, Next Generation Park and Global Park; X Park hosts four pavilions (lifestyle DX, ocean digital society, space co-creation, digital mobility society)
- A four-day conference organized around five themes: Solving Social Issues, Creating the Future, Exploring Technology, Discovering Global Trends, Supporting the Next Generation
- Attending a session requires visitor pre-registration plus a session reservation
- Online sessions are available from September 15 to October 30
- CEATEC AWARD 2026 selects minister's awards, excellence awards and category awards
- Co-located with Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026 in Makuhari Messe Halls 2-3

Japan Mobility Show Bizweek 2026
A B2B mobility co-creation event hosted by the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association (JAMA). Held in the interim year of the main Japan Mobility Show (biennial at Tokyo Big Sight, drawing about one million visitors), co-located with CEATEC at the same venue and dates. Focused on business matching among automakers, startups, universities, and cross-industry companies, with the online matching tool Meet-up Box available before and after the show.
GREE Tech Conference 2026
A technology conference hosted by GREE Holdings under the theme "How We Build", framed around the process of development rather than the finished product. Three parallel tracks cover AI, data analysis, game development, infrastructure, and security, with a keynote by the company's Masaki Fujimoto. Free to attend in a hybrid format, including seats that come with an office tour.
Pixel x Pixel 2026
The second edition of a creative festival dedicated to motion design, CG, VFX and real-time expression. Two simultaneous stages run at Terada Warehouse D HALL and WHAT CAFE in Tennozu, with creators from Japan and abroad including EJ Hassenfratz, Bito and illo. The first edition sold out within seven days, and this year expands both venues and lineup, closing with an after-party for networking.
