Pixel x Pixel 2026

Overview

The second edition of a creative festival dedicated to motion design, CG, VFX and real-time expression. Two simultaneous stages run at Terada Warehouse D HALL and WHAT CAFE in Tennozu, with creators from Japan and abroad including EJ Hassenfratz, Bito and illo. The first edition sold out within seven days, and this year expands both venues and lineup, closing with an after-party for networking.

Started in 2025 by Koji Aramaki of SIGNIF Inc., co-organized with CGWORLD (Born Digital Inc.)

The first edition, Pixel x Pixel Creative Festival, was held on 9 November 2025 on the 9th floor of Sumitomo Fudosan Osaki Garden Tower, featuring eight Japanese and international motion creators at ¥6,500 general and ¥4,500 student, selling out within seven days. It positions itself as a crossing point for students, young creators, professionals and companies, aiming to send motion culture from Japan to the world.

3. 2026 Advance tickets for the second edition went on sale on Peatix at 18:00 on June 19
