Security Days Fall 2026

Overview

One of Japan's largest cybersecurity exhibition-and-seminar events, organized by NANO OPT Media. Held twice a year, the autumn edition tours five cities including Sapporo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Tokyo, and Nagoya. It delivers, free of charge, the latest incident trends and defenses against ransomware and targeted attacks for practitioners. The Tokyo venue alone draws cumulative session attendance of around 16,000.

Program

• Tokyo venue: about 140 talks over three days across four parallel lecture rooms (Room A to D)
• About 40 workshop slots in two rooms (Room E and F), pre-registration required
• Exhibition hall open 9:45-18:00
• Talks from the National Police Agency, METI, the Public Security Intelligence Agency and OpenAI Japan, among others

Launched in 2013 by NANO OPT Media, also known for Interop Tokyo, as a security-focused event. It has expanded year over year into a nationwide touring format including regional cities. With free, registration-based seminars, it has become a staple where IT and security staff learn the latest threats and defenses.
