The ninth Hokuriku edition of a study group devoted to low-level technology such as kernels, virtualization and hardware. Held at Omicho Ichiba-kan in Kanazawa, it trades scale for density with just 35 in-person seats. Its stated policy imposes no genre restrictions, bringing OS developers, competitive programmers and security researchers into one room to share talks. Admission is free, with a parallel online stream.
Program
- Open-topic talks presented in sequence in a single room
- Two main sessions (25 min talk plus 5 min Q&A) and two sub sessions in the same format with priority for students
- Seven 10-minute short sessions and a set of 5-minute lightning talks
- Speakers can present on site or via a pre-submitted video played at the venue
- Streamed on YouTube; an evening networking party with lightning talks requires separate registration on connpass
