Its predecessor, the Digital Securities Forum (endorsed by the Financial Services Agency), was co-hosted by the two companies for five years, drawing a cumulative 4,470 participants over five editions of discussion among financial institutions, corporations, and regulators around security tokens. With advances in blockchain technology and regulation, it was expanded into a new conference centered on digital assets to mark Nikkei's 150th anniversary. The program combines keynotes and panels with workshops, exhibit booths, and networking.
